A combination of in-person training, virtual classrooms and an engaging community application means that our practitioners can select the type of training that is best suited for their different learning requirements. Meet Ruth our Learning and Development Lead

Ruth Mottram

We bring the upskilling of our teams to life; we provide in action training, spending one on one time with our practitioners in their individual settings nurturing their creativity and building on their passion by sharing new ideas, role modelling advice, excellent activity setups and interactions. Our inspiring approach supports staff members, confidence, development and career progression.

“I have worked in Early years for over thirty years and have had a varied and interesting journey throughout that time. I headed up an outstanding Reception department in an independent school for many years, I’ve lectured at college and also worked in several day nurseries both as a nursery teacher and in an advisory role. My passion is children’s play and the learning which comes from it, I also have a passion for teaching creative processes to children and I am constantly researching new ideas and sharing these with our early years practitioners”
