Joining Fennies is more than just working for a leading nursery provider!

After 25 years we are still a family run business providing childcare across ten inspiring settings, throughout Surrey and South London.

As a business we are continually growing but remain true to our guiding principle of “The right start for under 5’s” and are delighted to have been recognised for many childcare and employment awards, most recently becoming finalists for three awards at the NMT Nursery Awards. This includes being shortlisted for the Training and Development Award.

To continue our vision and to be a leading childcare provider we need to ensure that we employ the right people to care for our children and we put in place best practices to do this.
