- Position: HR Generalist
- Salary Banding: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
- Hours: Full time / 40 hours
- Location: Multiple locations across the business, predominantly Epsom Head Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring the Fennies culture and values to life, being an excellent role model
- Understand the business strategy to subsequently promote and lead the HR strategy and initiatives to further the goals of the business
- Lead the HR team with the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring that each person gets a consistently supportive experience
- Provide HR support to the Fennies group for the complete HR lifecycle, including effective disciplinary strategies on all ER issues, up to and including terminations
- Communicate the company benefit program including facilitating roll out of new benefit plans and programmes.
- Strategically improve processes as opportunities are identified and ensure HR administrative processes are efficient, meeting the employee and business needs
- Ensure HR systems are used to their maximum capability and data accuracy is maintained, ensuring good reporting and analysis of HR data and metrics
- Coach and develop the other members of the HR team
- What experience do I need?
- BA/BSc degree educated or equivalent experience
- Human Resources certification or advanced degree
- Experience within the Early Years sector (preferred)
- Driving license (to be able to travel to sites)
- Strict confidentiality as with all HR positions
- Proficiency IT skills in MS Office and HRIS
- Good interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills
- Well organised and detail oriented
