What will you be doing?

Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of the organisation planning and general marketing activities of events and other marketing activities. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales organising online and in person events, assisting with content and PR, manage initiatives and oversee the execution of their marketing activities.

You should have experience of working within an established marketing team, knowledge of how to implement best practices, work and manage across all marketing channels with a divisive approach, particularly within events. You will also bring with you a positive nature and passion not only for marketing but to support the growth of our team members and business.

General day to day:

Creative and strategy meetings with your line manager

Organisation of current projects and understanding the pipeline of incoming initiatives

Expanding on ongoing strategies

Event ideation, creation and management

Collaborating with external companies and internal team members to create and execute quality events, on brand and within the desired timeline

Continually researching ways to optimise marketing campaigns and create opportunities to generate leads and deliver quality content

Implementing new strategies to test, through email marketing, campaigns, events etc

Monitoring success and analysing results

What are we looking for?

Candidates will be able demonstrate knowledge on the following aspects of marketing:

· Closely follows the everchanging landscape of marketing

· Strong understanding of digital, social and content trends

· Ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships

· Ability to manage projects and deliver on ideas and objectives

· Outcome orientated with an eye for detail

· Able to multitask across multiple projects

· Innovative thinker

· Hardworking and able to thrive in a team under pressure.

· Highly organised

Programs/platforms you should be familiar with:

· WordPress

· Google Analytics

· Social platforms

· HubSpot

· Adobe suite

· Canva/Photoshop

· Video editing software

The right person should show:

· Enthusiasm for marketing and events

· Creativity for design and copy writing

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to prioritise workloads and keep to deadlines

· Comfortably accept feedback on work and ideas

· Helpful, flexible and ambitious

· Excellent written English

· Organised, reliable and punctual
