Position: Fennies Real Estate –Construction Administrative Assistant

Salary: Up to £40, 000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Reports to: Business Development Director

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work via various online and manual systems.

 

What you know:

 

  • Proficient in MS packages Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Can do approach.
  • Calm and professional manner. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with all stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in construction/maintenance advised.

 

Role & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Reviewing, updating, and controlling technical documents
  • Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems
  • Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases
  • Tender administration. Making calls and chasing suppliers, quotes and job reports.
  • Action the startup of new orders i.e., applying for scaffold licences, road closures, power upgrades etc.
  • Taking minutes
  • Residential property assistance. Booking repairs, taking calls from tenants
  • Procurement relevant to projects and existing nurseries
  • Fleet management, booking MOT’s and services.
  • Office Management, replenishing, ordering materials and stock checks.
