Nursery team
Rosie, with 20 years in childcare, started as a Practitioner and advanced to Nursery Manager. Passionate about inclusivity as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, she believes in nurturing each child's confidence in a supportive nursery environment from infancy to preschool.
Nicola has over 30 years of experience working in the Early Years tackling many challenges that the industry regularly presents. Nicola has successfully led teams to achieve ‘Outstanding’ outcomes during inspections and in everyday practice. More recently, she headed up training and quality for a large provider, leading a team of specialists supporting various nursery teams and managers to take steps towards success in providing high-quality childcare.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

We welcome all children from 3 months to 5 years.
Yes, our baby room at Fennies Woking, Carlton Road has a sensory experience for the children to enjoy. Our sensory environments are designed to be age-appropriate, immersing children in a setting that sparks their natural curiosity and fosters exploration of movement and communication.
We use INSPIRE pedology at Fennies to ensure the children are ready for school. We have a team of specialist educators who lead these sessions to enrich the experiences we create for children, embedding the EYFS Statutory Framework and supported by the Birth to 5 Matters Guidance. It goes without saying how beneficial it is to have this incredible team working alongside, upskilling and inspiring our children and Early Years Educators. Our INSPIRE enhancements are carefully designed not only to promote language skills but also to foster creativity and instil key life skills, including problem-solving and emotional intelligence that the children will carry with them into their educational journey. These experiences are also key to closing achievement gaps and ensuring that all children have an equal chance to succeed in school and later life.
