Tanika is passionate about seeing children develop and believes in every child learning at their own pace. With her vast experience with ‘In the Moment Planning’, Tanika enjoys teaching staff and children how to develop skills immediately through play, making children’s learning authentic and imaginative, led by the children’s interests.
Kate has over 20 years of experience in the Early Years Sector, both in the UK and abroad. Her focus is primarily on tackling issues within the current sector and supporting staff and children to exceed outcomes. She has worked in smaller and larger corporate companies, each with unique skills, to bring a well-rounded approach to childcare. Kate has supported nurseries through many inspections, achieving outstanding outcomes.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

We welcome all children from 3 months to 5 years.
We use our INSPIRE pedagogy at Fennies to ensure the children are ready for school. We have a team of specialist educators who lead these sessions to enrich the experiences we create for children, embedding the EYFS Statutory Framework and supported by the Birth to 5 Matters Guidance. It goes without saying how beneficial it is to have this incredible team working alongside, upskilling and inspiring our children and Early Years Educators. Our INSPIRE enhancements are carefully designed not only to promote language skills but also to foster creativity and instil key life skills, including problem-solving and emotional intelligence that the children will carry with them into their educational journey. These experiences are also key to closing achievement gaps and ensuring that all children have an equal chance to succeed in school and later life.
