The most important thing you need to have a job in a nursery is a love of children. The rest you can learn, have training in or get support with. To be a Nursery Practitioner or to become a childcare professional, you'll need to have a qualification in Childcare.

We look for people who are kind, caring and reliable. If you have a child of your own or experience working with children, you'll know how important it is to be present and build strong relationships with every child and family you meet, so we look for this in our potential early years candidates.
