Nursery team
Claire has 18 years of experience in Early Years, advancing from Apprentice to management roles. She understands how to support her team for optimal child learning and is passionate about building parent partnerships, involving them in their child’s nursery journey through open-door policies and parent events. As a mother herself, she values creating an environment where children, staff, and families thrive together.

Kathleen is deeply dedicated to giving children the best start in their educational lives, providing fun and challenging opportunities for growth. With over 12 years at Fennies, she has progressed from Early Years Practitioner to Deputy Manager at our Lower Addiscombe Road nursery. In her current role, Kathleen supports children on their Fennies journey while actively managing and guiding her team.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

Our Lower Addiscombe Road nursery opened in July 2023. Our modern nursery boasts indoor and outdoor spaces that are custom-designed and built by our team of internal experts to enhance each child’s learning and development.
We welcome all children from 3 months to 5 years.
We have a wonderful Manager, Claire, who has worked in Early Years for 18 years. One of Claire’s key passions is building all-important parent partnerships and recognising the value that this brings to an Early Years setting. As a mum herself, Claire likes to actively involve all parents in their child’s nursery journey, whether it’s through her open-door approach or by arranging parent events. This creates a space where children, staff and families can flourish.
Yes, the children often take visits out into the local community. They recently took a trip to the park, to the local care home and even to visit nearby Fennies, Addiscombe Road!
