We understand that choosing the right place for your child‘s early education is a significant decision. Our Admissions team is here to support you every step of the way, guiding you through the process and answering any questions.

Enquire
If you haven’t already, make an enquiry through our online form on our website, emailing enquiries@fennies.com, or calling 0208 7773 222.

Book a tour
The first step in your Fennies journey is to book a tour with our onsite Management Team. Please note, we receive a lot of enquiries and to ensure a smooth flow for everyone, we have limited time slots for tours (10am or 2pm daily).

Follow up
You may find yourself so absorbed in the experience onsite that a question or two may slip your mind. Not to worry, our Admissions team will follow up to ensure you have everything you need.

Registration
If everything aligns with your expectations and you're ready to enrol your child we'll be delighted to share our registration forms and T&Cs with you.
We require a £500 deposit payment which consists of a £100 non-refundable registration fee and a £400 deposit which is taken off your first month's fees.
If we don’t have availability, your details will be added to our waiting list free of charge. Don’t worry, our Admissions team will remain in contact throughout your waiting list journey.

Settles
Once we have received everything, we will hand you over to the Nursery Management team who will be in contact to schedule your child’s settles. They will reach out approximately one month before and we allow a 2-week settling-in period free of change. They will provide information on what to bring and guide you through the process - you’ve got this!
