Nursery team
Karen has found her home at Fennies Sanderstead after working across multiple nurseries, bringing invaluable knowledge and expertise with her. Karen is most drawn to building bonds with not only the children but also their parents, and recognises the important role this plays from the moment a child settles into our nursery, until they leave for school.
Claire has been working in the childcare sector for 22 years, of which the last 4 have been at Fennies. She has progressed through various roles, starting from a Room Leader and advancing to the position of Deputy Manager. She is passionate about providing the very best start for the children by creating a fun and stimulating environment where they feel safe and secure. Claire believes that parent partnership is crucial in building a secure relationship for both children and families.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

Our baby room at Fennies Sanderstead, Church Way has a sensory experience for the children to enjoy. Our sensory environments are designed to be age-appropriate, immersing children in a setting that sparks their natural curiosity and fosters exploration of movement and communication.
With kitchens on site, our talented chefs and kitchen assistants cook delicious, nutritious meals to fuel your little one on their exciting adventures.
Yes! The preschool and toddler rooms are designed with free-flow access, enabling children to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. We place great value on the advantages of outdoor learning as it provides a canvas for their imaginations to soar and nurtures their mental well-being by offering a refreshing escape, channels their boundless energy into active play, and plays a pivotal role in their physical development.
