We do not have CCTV in our rooms because we place a strong emphasis on trust and professionalism in our team. We have a thorough recruitment process to ensure we hire the best caregivers, and we believe that CCTV could undermine this trust by creating a “big brother” environment where team members are constantly monitored. Instead, we provide regular updates on your child’s activities and well-being through our Famly app, allowing you to stay informed throughout the day. Additionally, we do not permit lone working in the nursery, so there will always be at least two team members with your child at all times, ensuring their safety and security.
