Kirsty, with nearly 20 years in Early Years, is passionate about delivering outstanding, inclusive care and education centred on children. She prioritises diverse learning opportunities to nurture each child's abilities and interests. Kirsty's motto, "90%of a child’s brain development happens before age 5," underscores her dedication to collaboration with her team and families. Together, they create a stimulating, fun, caring, and safe environment for all children.
Emma has over 7 years of experience in Early Years. She is passionate about delivering exceptional care and education to all children. As an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator, she is committed to promoting inclusivity and fostering a love of learning through engaging and meaningful experiences, as well as enabling environments where all children can thrive.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.

Our baby room at Fennies Raynes Park, Amity Grove has a sensory experience for the children to enjoy. Our sensory environments are designed to be age-appropriate, immersing children in a setting that sparks their natural curiosity and fosters exploration of movement and communication.
With kitchens on site, our talented chefs and kitchen assistants cook delicious, nutritious meals to fuel your child on their daily adventures.
We use INSPIRE pedology at Fennies to ensure the children are ready for school. We have a team of specialist educators who lead these sessions to enrich the experiences we create for children, embedding the EYFS Statutory Framework and supported by the Birth to 5 Matters Guidance. It goes without saying how beneficial it is to have this incredible team working alongside, upskilling and inspiring our children and Early Years Educators. Our INSPIRE enhancements are carefully designed not only to promote language skills but also to foster creativity and instil key life skills, including problem-solving and emotional intelligence that the children will carry with them into their educational journey. These experiences are also key to closing achievement gaps and ensuring that all children have an equal chance to succeed in school and later life.
