FAQs at Fennies
We welcome all children from 3 months to 5 years.
Fees include all meals, snacks, milk, nappies, and extracurricular activities. Your invoice will be issued 10 days before the start of the following month, and we request that your fees must be paid before the 1st of every month for the upcoming month.
We offer a 10% full-time discount and a 10% discount for 2 or more siblings which is applied to the eldest child.
Our standard day is 7:45am-6pm Monday to Friday, but you are welcome to drop off and pick up at any time within those hours!
We offer an early session from 7 am at all sites, except for Sanderstead, which is available at an additional fee.

For children to benefit from the full impact of our educational offering, we do not offer half day sessions and we require a minimum of 2 days in your booking pattern which must include a Monday or Friday.

We are open 51 weeks of the year. Fennies is closed on Bank Holidays and for 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
Yes, you can change your booking pattern subject to availability and we request 8 weeks’ notice for a reduction in booking pattern. You can book extra sessions on a long-term permanent basis or pay-as-you-go. For pay-as-you-go, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours to ensure that we can accommodate staff ratios.
- Under 2’s – 1:3 - for every 3 children, there is 1 member of staff
- 2-3’s – 1:5 - for every 5 children, there is 1 member of staff
- 3+ - 1:8 - for every 8 children, there is 1 member of staff
All our meals are prepared by our on-site Nursery Chefs who are able to cater to any dietary needs your child may have.
Unfortunately, due to our allergens and cross contamination policies, we do not allow external food to be brought in. This enables us to ensure that health and safety regulations are being adhered to.
