Fennies Clapham, Clapham Road brings together our curriculum and pedagogical approach with our Fennies Inspire enhancements. We have a team of specialist educators who lead these sessions to enrich the experiences we create for children, embedding both the EYFS Statutory Framework and supported by the Birth to 5 Matters Guidance. It goes without saying how beneficial it is to have this incredible team working alongside, upskilling and inspiring our children and Early Years Educators. Our Inspire enhancements are carefully designed not only to promote language skills but also to foster creativity and instil key life skills, including problem-solving and emotional intelligence. These experiences are key to closing achievement gaps and ensuring that all children have an equal chance to succeed in school and later life.

At Fennies Clapham, Clapham Road, we understand that transitioning between rooms can be a significant change for children. We worked alongside Dr. Sam Wass on the designs we use for the walls at our nurseries. At Fennies Clapham, Clapham Road, we believe that children require calm and beautiful places where they can focus on enjoying learning and playing. Hence, all our nurseries are created with bright and spacious environments. White walls are used within these environments to provide a neutral background that enhances focus and reduces any visual distractions the children could experience. If the walls were to contain designs, it could lead to overstimulating the children, which could, in turn, hinder their ability to focus on learning.
Language development is a key focus at Fennies Clapham, Clapham Road. Our educators use a variety of techniques, including storytelling, songs, and interactive play, to enhance children's communication skills. We also provide a rich language environment, filled with books and conversations that encourage children to express themselves and engage in meaningful dialogue.
