Yes! Fennies Bromley, London Lane has been designed to provide free-flow access, allowing children to easily transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. We are proud to offer an outdoor terrace that is connected to our baby room. We recognise the numerous benefits of outdoor learning. It serves as a platform for children's imaginations to flourish, promotes their mental well-being by providing a refreshing escape, and helps channel their abundant energy into active engagement, contributing to their physical development.
We follow strict protocols at Fennies Bromley, London Lane to adhere to a high standard of cleanliness, providing a safe and healthy environment for little ones (and our team). We have two housekeepers at each site every evening.
Our baby room at Fennies Bromley, London Lane has a sensory experience for the children to enjoy. Our sensory environments are designed to be age-appropriate, immersing children in a setting that sparks their natural curiosity and fosters exploration of movement and communication.
We worked alongside Dr. Sam Wass on the designs we use for the walls at Fennies Bromley, London Lane and across all our nurseries. At Fennies, we believe that children require calm and beautiful places where they can focus on enjoying learning and playing. Hence, all our nurseries are created with bright and spacious environments. White walls are used within these environments to provide a neutral background that enhances focus and reduces any visual distractions the children could experience. If the walls were to contain designs, it could lead to overstimulation, which could, in turn, hinder their ability to focus on learning.
As much as the room may appear overly spacious, it allows for the furniture and soft dividers to be used to create dedicated, separate areas, maintaining a secure environment. All furniture used at Fennies Bromley, London Lane is tailored to the developmental needs of each age group. By creating these separate areas, the team can conduct activities in smaller groups, allowing them to use the space effectively. Baby rooms strictly operate with a ratio of 1:3, and each child has a key person, ensuring that all children are provided with adequate levels of attention to remain safe and continue their development through Early Years.
Yes! Fennies Bromley, London Lane has a car park that can be used for pick-up and drop-offs, as well as a buggy shed.

Fennies Bromley, London Lane benefits from our Fennies Inspire approach, which brings together our curriculum and pedagogical approach with specific Fennies Inspire enhancements. We have a team of specialist educators who lead these sessions to enrich the experiences we create for children, embedding both the EYFS Statutory Framework and supported by the Birth to 5 Matters Guidance. It goes without saying how beneficial it is to have this incredible team working alongside, upskilling, and inspiring our children and Early Years Educators. Our Inspire enhancements are carefully designed not only to promote language skills but also to foster creativity and instil key life skills, including problem-solving and emotional intelligence. These experiences are key to closing achievement gaps and ensuring that all children have an equal chance to succeed in school and later life.
