“Since joining Fennies as an Apprentice I have been motivated to progress and grow through a variety of different roles including Room Leader and Deputy Manager before taking on the role of Nursery Manager. My apprenticeship formed a foundation for me to grow within such an evolving and rewarding industry. Having this experience now allows me to drive my aspiring team forward and offer opportunities for them to share innovative ideas each day, which I know will have a huge impact on each child’s future.”
