Duty of Care Health and safety is an ongoing commitment that is woven into everyday life at Fennies. We go above and beyond the statuary requirements to ensure parents feel comfort in the care we provide, all staff members are trained in first aid and child safeguarding, they regularly complete assessments and refresh courses. Health & Wellbeing It’s scientifically proven that nutrition directly affects children’s development. We actively teach children about the importance of a balanced lifestyle through healthy mealtime routines and nutritional education. Our menus are developed alongside registered Nutritionists and are prepared fresh daily by our on-site Nursery Chef. Visionary Environments Fennies nurseries have been meticulously designed by our in- house buildings team by working closely with our educators, every room is designed and built to be reflective of each stage of development and is fitted with innovative resources that promote independent skills as they grow. Facilitating Development Each space is relevant to the child’s educational stage and equipped with resources to encourage their naturally curious nature and build upon their physical, social, and emotional development, whilst allowing our staff to focus on your child’s communication and language skills. Enhancing Experiences Utilising our nearly 28 years of experience in early years, our educational department has integrated the latest technologies into bespoke modules that encourage experimentation, aids communications, and nurtures natural curiosity. Transition Preparation Each year a child progresses to the next level in their education and development. Fennies take an individual view at each child’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, working with them to ensure they have the confidence and are ready to take these next steps into independence.
