Working for 5 different Fennies sites within management, providing insight into various ways of working and how to harness that to help run a nursery.

Place more emphasis on diversity and inclusion, ensuring we advocate for and represent everyone to help provide a harmonious environment.

What’s a fun fact that makes you stand out?
Claire has completed the Race for Life on 2 separate occasions demonstrating her willingness to persevere and be courageous.
What helps you stay connected with your communities?
Operating an open door policy to help parents bond with the team and feel like the nursery is a ‘Home from Home’.
What’s something you have loved about your Early Years Career so far?
Having worked her way up from Room Leader to Deputy Manager, seeing all the changes that have been made at Fennies in the 5 years she’s been with us.
What’s your ambition to help improve the Early Years Sector?
To have more inclusive practice and more SEN integration within the learning environment.

Fees
Fees received late will incur an administrative charge of £30.
Fees include meals, snacks, milk for infants, nappies and extracurricular activities.
Fee increases are calculated every year in July based on the previous year’s running costs and are applied in September’s invoice.
